You can easily place an order through our website. Create your unique delicious gift using our online photo editor. Simply upload your favorite photos and pictures from your device, add designs from our gallery and process the shipping and billing info.
Customization and Options:
What type of images can be printed on the cookies/macarons?
You can print almost any image, including photographs, logos, graphics, or artwork, as long as they meet our image guidelines (<10mb, file types .jpg or .png). It is important that the photo is not too bright and not too dark. If you want to use photos with inscriptions, it is necessary to consider the size of the macaron as small details may not be visible on it. Also, it is not recommended to upload photos with frames.
Do you offer customization options for packaging or presentation?
Yes, we offer various packaging options and can customize the presentation to suit your needs. Please contact us for special requests or bulk orders
Do you offer gluten-free or other dietary restriction options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options for both our cookies and macarons. We also have options for other dietary restrictions. Please check our product descriptions or contact us for more information.

Our cookies/macarons have a shelf life of approximately 1-2 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. For best freshness, we recommend consuming them as soon as possible.
How are the cookies/macarons packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. They are securely packed in a sturdy box with appropriate padding to minimize movement and ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During hot weather, we take extra precautions such as using insulated packaging and ice packs to prevent melting or damage to the cookies/macarons during transit.
Are there any care instructions for storing the cookies/macarons before gifting or consuming?
To maintain freshness, we recommend storing the cookies/macarons in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If not consuming immediately, they can also be stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

What are macarons?
Macaron is a French sweet meringue-based confection made with egg white, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond flour or ground almond, and food coloring. The macaron is commonly filled with ganache, buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies.
Are #Eatmeprint macarons gluten-free?
Yes, they are! Macarons are made of almond flour which is both wheat-free and gluten-free.
Is it safe to eat printed macarons?
Yes, it is safe. We use USFDA approved edible ink to print picture directly on the macaron's surface. Edible inks don't have any specific smell or taste and don't affect a delicate flavor of French dessert.
What is the shelf life of #Eatmeprint macarons?
Given the fact that we use natural ingredients, for best results, our products should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 3-5 days of delivery. They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 4 weeks. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

What is the size of the macaron?
The size of one macaron is about 1.9x1.9in (or 5x5cm).
What are processing and shipping timelines?
- Processing time for orders placed before 1:00 PM PST - 1 business day.
- Processing time for orders placed after 1:00 PM PST - 2 business days.
For pick up and local courier service you can choose the date of delivery during Checkout process. Nationwide shipping takes 1-3 business days (by USPS Priority). For nationwide delivery you can tell us desirable delivery date in the field Comments during Checkout.
