ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Processing time takes up to 3 business days plus shipping time depending on destination. For shipping nationwide we use USPS Priority, UPS 2Day service and usually it takes 2-3 business days. 

We can approximately calculate time in transit but we can’t 100% guarantee that it arrives on the exact date. You can order in advance and put the date by when you’d like to receive the order and we’ll try to do our best! When your order is shipped you’ll receive a confirmation by email along with a tracking number. Please, check your Spam folder if you don’t see confirmation emails from Eatmeprint in your inbox.

US NATIONWIDE SHIPPING (1-3 business days)-$19 

  • -EatMePrint ships orders across the United States via USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day Air.
  • -At this time we only deliver to a street address within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • -Orders could be shipped nationwide only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid weekend overlays. We ship on Thursdays only to the zipcodes, where the order could be delivered within 1 or 2 days (see map below). We do not ship nationwide on Fridays, or holidays. For example, if you place an order on Wednesday 2:00 PM PST, it will be ready on Friday and will be shipped on Monday (or next business day). If you need you order earlier, please contact us before placing your order and we'll try to accommodate your needs!
  • -USPS Priority delivery generally takes 1-3 business days (once your order is processed and shipped). See map below to determine approximate delivery timelines.
  • -Please double check shipping address as EatMePrint is not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (additional charges will apply).
  • -Shipping charges will not be refunded if the business is closed upon delivery or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered (USPS may require a signature for delivery).Unexpected weather delays may affect delivery times.
  • -Packaging and handling fees included. All deliveries are sent in an insulated cooler-bag with an ice pack to ensure the quality and freshness. The ice pack helps the product stay cool during transit and may be thawed by the time your package arrives - it's normal.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Los Angeles - $19

  • -Orders can be delivered using local ground courier service for addresses located in Los Angeles county only.
  • -Local Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday excluding holidays.
  • -You can select your desired delivery date and time for Local Delivery during the checkout process.
  • -We highly recommend that you select a time when someone will be available to accept your Local Delivery package. If our 1st Delivery Attempt is unsuccessful, our Customer Service Team will reach out to you to schedule a 2nd delivery attempt in a future delivery window. Additional charges may apply.
  • If you need you order earlier, please contact us before placing your order and we'll try to accommodate your needs!

ORDER PICK-UP

RETURNS

  • -All orders are custom made and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • -If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team WITHIN 2 DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of issue, and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your EatMePrint experience. Due to the perishable nature of our product, all claims submitted after the 48 hour delivery window or without proper photo or order number will not be eligible for return, refund or reship.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Orders may not be cancelled after the order status was changed to Proceed. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact our Customer Service Team or call us at (747) 242-3938 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however, such requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
