HOW SOON IT ARRIVES

Production takes two business days. Order before 12:00 PM (noon) PST on a business day and that day counts as the first. Posted orders leave us Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and arrive in 1–2 business days, depending on the service you pick at checkout. Los Angeles courier orders are same-day, Monday to Friday.

You choose the delivery date at checkout, and the calendar only offers dates we can hit.

FRESHNESS AND STORAGE

Macarons are fresh pastry, not a shelf-stable cookie. Refrigerate them when they arrive and eat within 3–5 days, or freeze for up to 4 weeks. Take them out about 10 minutes before serving — 30 minutes from the freezer.
